The Association

The association acquired the property Klippudden 29 in 1994. The association leases 17 apartments, all of which are tenant-owned. There are no commercial premises. The association does not accept legal entities as members. It is assumed that those who apply for membership intend to use the tenant-owned apartment for their own permanent use. The association is a genuine tenant-owned association. The association has its own jetty. The association is connected to Telia's broadband network, which offers internet, TV, and IP telephony. Members sign a separate agreement with Telia for TV and telephony. A parking space with an engine heater outlet is included in the monthly fee. The association is a genuine housing association. 2011 Renovation of the heating system to achieve better energy efficiency
2013 New jetty built for swimming and mooring small boats. The jetty replaces an old, dilapidated jetty. The previous central antenna system is being gradually dismantled.

The fee includes a designated parking space with an engine heater outlet. Additional parking spaces are available subject to availability.

The association includes a jetty and a large, lovely garden with a barbecue area for members to use.

The villa – Villa Klippudden – was declared a listed building by the county administrative board in 1998. Externally, Villa Klippudden, together with the Dramatic Theater and the Thiel Gallery in Stockholm, is known to be the best example in Stockholm County of strict Cubist Art Nouveau architecture in the spirit of the world-famous Viennese architect Joseph Maria Olbrich.
