Through large windows, the water, the sky, and the city’s skyline become a living part of the interior. Here you’ll find a exceptionally well-planned apartment of 104 square meters, where modern elegance blends with abundant natural light and the tranquility that comes with a high, unobstructed waterfront location.

The spacious, glass-enclosed sunroom with fantastic views gives the home a truly unique character. Openable sections facing south, east, and west create the perfect setting for long dinners and peaceful mornings. Here, you can follow the shifting light from sunrise to sunset, with the water as your closest neighbor and a view that constantly offers new perspectives.

Fyrtornet is one of Lidingö’s most prominent landmarks, a prestigious project by JM designed by the award-winning architect Gert Wingårdh. The facade, clad in Norwegian natural slate (Otta Rost), gives the building a solid and expressive exterior that harmonizes beautifully with its location at the inlet.

Inside, exclusive materials and meticulous details combine with high comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. The floor plan makes the most of every square meter and offers an appealing balance between airy living spaces and three well-planned bedrooms. Ample storage and flexible rooms provide space for the family’s changing needs.

The living room has plenty of space for a generous sofa set, armchairs, and bookshelves, with the expansive view serving as a backdrop. The stylish kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances and offers generous counter space and ample storage. Adjacent to it is a dining table that seats about eight people. A natural gathering place for both everyday meals and dinners with good friends.

The kitchen, bathroom, and finishes date back to when the residents moved in in 2021 and are in excellent condition. The bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, and a Miele washer and dryer, complemented by a practical fold-out drying rack. In addition, there is a separate guest restroom. Overall, it is a comfortable, quiet, and peaceful home with a rare sense of spaciousness.

The apartment includes a storage unit of approximately 3–4 square meters. The homeowners’ association also offers stroller storage, a separate bike room, and bike parking in the garage. For guests traveling from afar, there is a guest apartment with a kitchenette, shower, toilet, and balcony, which members can easily book online for 350 SEK per night. A well-managed association with sound finances, attentive property management, and friendly neighbors contributes to the pleasant living environment. All members are offered the option of a parking space.

Outside, Dalénum’s lively waterfront area awaits, featuring a sun deck, a boardwalk, and bustling street life. Within comfortable walking distance are AGA Park, green recreational areas, restaurants, SATS, a swimming pool, well-stocked grocery stores, and everyday amenities. Lidingö Centrum rounds out the offerings with shopping.

Public transportation makes it easy to combine the tranquility of the waterfront with the city’s energy. From the pier below, there are boat connections to Nacka, Djurgården, Nybroplan, Frihamnen, and Ropsten, as well as a bus to Lidingö Centrum. The Lidingöbanan light rail from AGA connects to the subway and buses in Ropsten. By car, the city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. The site also has a significant history. This was the location of AGA’s headquarters and development center, where Nobel Prize winner Gustaf Dalén’s work left its mark on both the area and the emergence of modern Lidingö. In today’s Dalénum, this heritage meets a contemporary neighborhood where architecture, water, and greenery give the residential area its own unique identity.

A warm welcome to “ apartment ,” offering an outstanding view of Stockholm and a daily life that is as thoughtfully designed as it is pleasant. Please RSVP at viewing —we look forward to seeing you!

Description

Association

Brf Fyrtornet Dalénum is a genuine condominium association that owns the Stenstorp 1 property. The association’s two buildings, Parkhuset and Fyrtornet, are located at Prismastigen 2–6 and have 8 and 22 units, respectively apartments. The buildings were constructed by JM, with residents moving in during 2020–2021, and their valuation year is 2020. All 129 apartments are held as condominiums.

With its waterfront location and striking architecture, designed by Wingårdh Architects, Fyrtornet has become one of Lidingö’s landmarks. The round, glass-enclosed corner balconies give the building its distinctive character, offering sweeping views of Saltsjön, Djurgården, and Kaknästornet. Between Parkhuset and Fyrtornet lies a shared courtyard. A staircase and terraced steps lead to AGA Park, which offers space for play, recreation, and relaxation amid greenery with a view of the sea.

The association follows a long-term maintenance plan and performs routine maintenance every year. According to the information provided, there are no major ongoing projects or planned maintenance measures in the coming years.

Prismastigen, a neighborhood street, is managed through a joint property association together with the Kajtorget Dalénum Housing Cooperative. The association is a member of Bostadsrätterna, which, among other things, provides access to board advisory services and a member magazine for the condominium owners.

The association is very well managed and is making mortgage payments according to schedule. There are no known upcoming projects that are expected to affect the debt level or lead to a fee increase in the coming years.
