IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY! The historic Falsterbohus complex now offers a bright and well-planned three-room apartment on two floors, with the potential to create three bedrooms. A unique opportunity to purchase an apartment in one of Falsterbo’s most classic and distinctive settings, with the sea, the beach, and sweeping views right next door.

The home is characterized by spacious rooms, beautiful natural light, and a timeless atmosphere. The large living areas provide plenty of space for both daily life and entertaining, while the two-story layout creates a flexible floor plan for family, guests, or a home office. The lower level features a large living room and a walk-in closet. The upper level includes a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a bedroom. There is a special sense of space and tranquility here. The apartment is in need of updating, as the kitchen and bathroom are dated.

Falsterbohus was built in 1908 as a magnificent hotel and entertainment palace, designed by the renowned architect Sigge Cronstedt. In the early 1900s, the hotel attracted high society and summer vacationers to the southern coast of Skåne and quickly became a symbol of seaside luxury, elegance, and summer vacations. The grand architecture, the large banquet halls, and the exclusive atmosphere gave Falsterbohus a strong identity—a feeling that still lives on in the building today. The Falsterbohus 3 Association was founded in 1975, and members have access to a shared pool, a children’s pool, parking, storage rooms, a laundry room, a sauna, and a fitness room. The apartment includes a private patio under a lilac arbor. There is an option to purchase a garage separately.

The location on Falsterbohusvägen offers immediate proximity to the beach, swimming, nature, golf, birdlife, and the village’s tranquil atmosphere. Falsterbohus has its own gate leading down to the beach as well as a barrier to enter the property. A home for those seeking something out of the ordinary—with history, character, and the sea as your closest neighbor.
