RENOVATIONS COMPLETED AT
IN 2020–2021:
- OVK inspection with positive results.
- Pipe flushing. The pipes were inspected after flushing, and based on the findings, the projected pipe replacement schedule has been postponed from 2025 to around 2040–2050.
- Exterior painting of windows and window frames, and replacement of weatherstripping.
- Security cameras installed in all of the building’s entryways.
2022–2023:
- Fine-tuning and optimization of the heating system.
- OVK.
- Energy performance certificate.
- Cleaning of entryway mats.
- All light fixtures in the basement and laundry room have been replaced with LED lights.
2024:
- New locking system with a key fob andremote garage door opening via a mobile app.
- The association's four elevators were replaced.
2025:
- Most of the sewer mains in the basement level, which are under the heaviest load, have been replaced.
- Inspections and repairs of facade damage on the street-facing side of the properties have been completed.
- A fire safety inspection has been conducted with no findings.
2026:
- An OVK inspection was conducted in early 2026.
- Cleaning of the roof, downspouts, and gutters.
- Painting of 11 doors in the courtyard.
UPCOMING RENOVATIONS
- Pipe flushing will be carried out in all five of the association’s properties during weeks 48–49 of 2026; this will be followed by an inspection and video recording to assess the condition of the pipes, after which a decision will be made regarding any necessary measures.
- Stairwell renovation (no start date set, but likely a couple of years from now).
