Located in a beautiful turn-of-the-century building—four apartments with an elevator—is this carefully and beautifully renovated 3.5-room apartment with a south-facing balcony and unobstructed views of a green courtyard. The open floor plan with plenty of natural light, preserved original details, and the apartment’s elevated position in the building set the tone and create a well-balanced atmosphere throughout the entire floor. Here, generous room volumes meet a contemporary design, with the kitchen flowing naturally onto the balcony. The unobstructed view of the courtyard creates a pleasant sense of tranquility, while the address places the home in one of Vasastan’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

The floor plan offers classic proportions and modern functionality. The spacious living room, with two windows, is aligned with the kitchen, creating a social atmosphere with plenty of room for entertaining. The elegant kitchen features walnut cabinet doors, a Dekton countertop, a Bertazzoni side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, and a wine cooler. The floor is finished in light stone with underfloor heating. The kitchen also opens onto the sunny south-facing balcony—a lovely extension of the home overlooking the green courtyard.

Spacious and stylish bathroom with a custom-made sink from Cosentino, tiles from Bricmate, and underfloor heating. Separate laundry area with washer and dryer.

There are two good-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features several built-in closets, plenty of space for a double bed, wall-to-wall carpeting for comfort, and is decorated in neutral colors. The current children’s room faces the courtyard and also has built-in closets, wall-to-wall carpeting, plenty of storage options, and space for a larger bed. The third, smaller bedroom is currently used as an office but could easily be converted into a children’s room, playroom, or walk-in closet.

An inviting and open entryway with beautiful herringbone parquet flooring and plenty of built-in storage. From here, you can also access the guest bathroom, where the floor is adorned with tile in a period-appropriate pattern.

A well-managed homeowners’ association with solid rental income, six garage spaces (separate waiting list), and a pleasant shared courtyard. Here, you’ll live in a quiet neighborhood with city life and the greenery of Vanadislunden right next door. The area offers a wide variety of restaurants and excellent public transportation links, with Odenplan, Rådmansgatan, and the Royal Institute of Technology all within convenient walking distance.
