FINANCES
The association is in good financial health. A new loan of SEK 1 million has been taken out in 2026 to cover the cost of upcoming relining in the basement. The transfer fee is paid by the seller and amounts to 2.5% of the purchase price. The mortgage deed fee is 1% of the purchase price per mortgage deed. The annual fee is paid monthly. No fee increases are planned at this time (Feb -26).
COMMON AREAS
In the basement, there is a shared laundry room with two washing machines, one dryer, and one drying cabinet. It is in good condition and easy to book. There is also a sauna, bicycle storage, and stroller storage. The street-level building has storage rooms in the basement, and the courtyard building has storage rooms in the attic.
