The building was constructed in 1926–1927 and has two addresses: Sveavägen 140 and Frejgatan 47. The property underwent a complete renovation in 1996, and four attic floors were completed in 2016. The association comprises 50 condominium units and 6 commercial spaces. Shared ownership is permitted, with a minimum ownership share of 10%.

FINANCE
The association charges the buyer a transfer fee of 1,480 SEK and a mortgage registration fee of 592 SEK.
