Excavated to raise the ceiling height to 2.4 meters (don't remember exactly). All electrical and plumbing was redone throughout the basement. Gas was removed.
2007: The foundation was dug up around the entire house, stone paving was laid outside the garage, and a garbage and bicycle storage area was created. (We then purchased these approximately 30 square meters from the municipality).
2007: The garage was converted into a professional restaurant kitchen with a cold room, electricity, water, its own ventilation, and fire protection.
2017: Renovation of the entire house except for the attic.
Downstairs: Kitchen and dining room were combined, pizza oven, new parquet flooring in the kitchen, completely new kitchen. All electrical and water systems were redone except for the attic. New guest toilet. New ceilings and walls, everything repainted/re-wallpapered.
Upper floor: Enlarged the master bedroom. Removed wardrobes to make the two bedrooms larger. Combined the toilet and bathroom, installed underfloor heating, etc.
Attic: Enlarged the bedroom and renovated the surface.
The balcony. Renovated the entire balcony with new wood and installed a false ceiling so that there is a dry space under the balcony.
