Situated high in Djursholm, this characterful apartment in a villa designed by architect Oscar Waller and built in 1907. Here, the careful architecture of the turn of the century meets an open location with a view of the beautiful landscape. From the private roof terrace at the top, a vast 360-degree view is offered, where the horizon opens up in all directions. The floor, which has windows in all directions, offers a fantastic view of Lidingö, Kaknästornet and the Stockholm skyline, which gives an unusual feeling of space and privacy, without any view.

The home has 171 sq m of living space and a further 39 sq m of floor space under a pitched roof and is arranged over two levels, with the entrance one flight down. On the first level there is a central living room with a fireplace and space for a large seating area, with a dining area at one end and a library at the other. The interior is characterised by the genuine feel from the turn of the last century, with well-preserved unique details created by the family who built the villa. The library area with a French balcony built in perspective is particularly interesting, which gives the room a clear architectural character. Beautiful barred windows and at the dining area opposite the fine view of the water tower create a living picture. The walls are clad in dark wood panelling and a maple door leads into the kitchen. The kitchen is in white and smoke-coloured wood with a checkered floor and a pleasant seating area under the skylights that provide generous light. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms and a large bathroom.

Upstairs there is a smaller floor with a living room, sleeping alcove, bathroom and kitchenette that can be separated, creating a natural apartment for guests, home office or rental. For those who wish, the home can easily be converted into a cohesive single-family home. The two plans thus provide several possibilities depending on the family's needs and wishes.

The home includes two parking spaces and a shared, well-sized plot of approximately 3,000 sq m. The combination of the high location, the unobstructed view, the architect-designed villa and the preserved turn-of-the-century character make this a unique home in the heart of Djursholm.
