Brf Hugin 4 is a genuine condominium association that was registered in 1985 and owns the Hugin 4 property, with addresses at Upplandsgatan and Vanadisvägen. The association comprises a total of 23 condominium units and 6 rental units. In addition, there are two parking spaces. Legal entities are not accepted as members of the association. Joint ownership is permitted with a maximum of two owners and a minimum ownership share of 10 percent. A transfer fee of 2.5% of the current price base amount (currently 1,480 SEK) is paid by the seller. A mortgage registration fee of 1% of the current price base amount (currently 592 SEK). The apartment includes a basement storage unit.
According to the board, the association has no planned fee increases at this time, and no major renovations are scheduled (confirmed with the board on August 24, 2026).
The association has a pleasant courtyard and a shared laundry room. There is a stroller storage room by the elevator in the entrance hall.
