Brf Tallen 8 is a genuine condominium association. The association comprises 23 apartments, all of which are held under condominium ownership. There are also 2 rental units. The courtyard building was built in 1879, and the street-facing building was added in 1902.
The building was renovated in 1941, at which time the penthouse in the courtyard wing was also added. The association purchased the property in 2006 (and owns the land).
A transfer fee of approximately 1,120 SEK is charged and paid by the buyer.
When taking out a mortgage on a home, a mortgage registration fee of approximately 448 SEK per mortgage is charged.
