The association acquired the property in 2001; it comprises 42 condominium units, one rental unit, and a garage with 24 spaces. The housing cooperative’s property was built in 1969 and expanded in 2006 with a so-called “infill” section and penthouse units. The property is located at IngemarsgatanRoslagsgatan . The lot covers 841 square meters. 

The association owns the land. 

Maintenance Performed

2004–2007 – New construction Roslagsgatan and penthouse apartments at Ingemarsgatan 5; plumbing in wet areas was replaced; new windows were installed in the older building; a new roof, new balconies, and a new elevator/elevator machine (large and spacious elevator) were added; and the substation was renovated.

2010 - Installation of a geothermal heating system.

2014 - New waste management facility.

2015 - Flushing of the main pipes in both properties. PCB remediation. Radon testing. Renovation of elevator doors on Ingemarsgatan. New garage door.

2016 - OVK inspection completed and approved. Inspection behind the metal panels on the facade. 

2017 - Improvement work carried out on the terraces.

2018 - New garage door.

2018 - Renovation of rental space.

2018 - New lighting in the garage.

2019 - New sewer pipes on the garage level.

2019 - New entrance at Ingemarsgatan 5.

2019 – New district heating plant and renovation of geothermal heat pumps; to be completed in 2020.

2019 - Implementation of a new lock and access control system.

2019 - New clothes dryer.

2019 - Supplementary contract with Telia for rooftop antennas.

2019 - An approved OVK inspection of the rental property was conducted.

2019 - Renegotiation of contracts with property owners for financial management.

2020 - Renovation of the bike storage rooms.

2020 - New heat exchangers.

2021 - Renovation of the stairwell at Ingemarsgatan 5.

2021 - Agreement with a new tenant for the rental property.

2023 - Inspection of sewer mains. The inspected mains are in good condition, and only minor maintenance work will be needed in the coming years.
