Vid vägens slut, där havet möter land, växer ett nytt och unikt bostadskvarter fram i Dalarö – bestående av villor, parhus och lägenheter – där både historia, nutid och den omgivande naturen har varit inspirationskällor. Hotellbryggan består av en varierad palett av bostäder, storlekar och typer med tidlösa inredningsstilar i högkvalitativa materialval. Golv i ek från Timberwise, Dornbacht blandare, vitvaror från Miele, kakel från Bricmate samt strömbrytare från Berker för att nämna några. Flera av husen kommer att stå på ett gemensamt garageplan. Till varje bostad hör en garageplats som nås genom hiss. De större byggnaderna vetter mot omgivande platser och promenadstråk, medan mindre hus med en eller två bostäder placeras längre in i området. Den högsta byggnaden placeras på en höjd, ungefär där det gamla hotellet stod, som en referens till dess historiska dominans i landskapet. Eftersom marken sluttar mot vattnet, får flera av byggnaderna suterrängplan, med som mest fyra våningar mot sjösidan. Välkommen till hem utöver det vanliga i Brf Dalarö Hotellbrygga.

From once being a small pilot community, Dalarö developed during the late 19th century into one of Sweden's most elegant seaside resorts. Among the famous summer guests were Hanna Pauli, Anders Zorn, Carl Larsson, Ivar Krueger, and August Strindberg, who is said to have coined the expression "the gateway to paradise."

Walking through Dalarö is like traveling back in time – you are greeted by a lively archipelago idyll with small shops, galleries, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants lining gatan to the harbor. A popular pastime is to sit down at Askfatshamnen with an ice cream and watch the boat traffic bustling at the water's edge, where ferries depart for Ornö, Huvudskär, and other islands in the archipelago.
Today, Dalarö is a modern community with all the amenities, but where the historical charm still lives on. It is still a summer paradise – but now also a place for year-round living, where quality of life and tranquility meet the proximity to the pulse of the city.
