At the end of the road, where the sea meets the land, a new and unique residential neighborhood is taking shape in Dalarö—comprising single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments—where history, the present, and the surrounding nature have all served as sources of inspiration.
On the site where the historic Strand Hotel once stood, the renowned Imola is now ushering in a new era along the waterfront. Here, a neighborhood is taking shape, characterized by architectural elegance and a thoughtfully designed aesthetic. The project comprises 29 exclusive residences spread across eleven buildings of varying sizes, shapes, and locations. Their volume and scale are drawn from the surrounding environment to blend naturally into Dalarö’s character. Glass porches and varied facades bring the neighborhood to life and tie in with the area’s architectural tradition.
Hotellbryggan of a diverse range of residences, sizes, and types, featuring timeless interior styles and high-quality materials. Oak flooring from Timberwise, Dornbracht faucets, Miele appliances, Bricmate tiles, and Berker light switches, to name a few.
Several of the buildings will be situated above a shared garage level. Each residence has a designated garage space accessible by elevator. The larger buildings face the surrounding open spaces and walking paths, while smaller houses with one or two residences are situated further into the development. The tallest building is situated on a hill, roughly where the old hotel once stood, as a nod to its historical prominence in the landscape.
Since the land slopes toward the water, several of the buildings will have a basement level, with up to four apartments the lake.
Welcome to homes that are out of the ordinary at Brf Dalarö Hotellbrygga.
