At the end of the road, where the sea meets the land, a new and unique residential neighborhood is emerging in Dalarö—comprising single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments—where history, the present, and the surrounding nature have all served as sources of inspiration.
On the site where the historic Strand Hotel once stood, the renowned Imola is now ushering in a new era along the waterfront. Here, an area is taking shape with architectural elegance and a well-considered design. The project comprises 29 exclusive residences spread across eleven buildings of varying sizes, shapes, and locations. Their volume and scale have been drawn from the surrounding environment to blend naturally into Dalarö’s character. Glass verandas and varied facades bring life to the neighborhood and connect to the area’s architectural tradition.
Hotellbryggan of a diverse range of homes, sizes, and types, featuring timeless interior styles with high-quality materials. Oak flooring from Timberwise, Dornbracht faucets, appliances from Miele, tiles from Bricmate, and light switches from Berker, to name a few.
Several of the buildings will be situated on a shared garage level. Each residence includes a garage space accessible via elevator. The larger buildings face the surrounding open spaces and walking paths, while smaller houses with one or two residences are situated further into the area. The tallest building is situated on a hill, roughly where the old hotel once stood, as a nod to its historical prominence in the landscape.
Since the land slopes toward the water, several of the buildings will feature basement levels, with up to four Suites the lake.
