The Vale 19 Property
The property located at Hagagatan 30 was built in 1925–26 and is part of the large estate block bounded by Hagagatan, Vanadisvägen, Sveavägen, and Frejgatan. The building’s year of construction is 1930.
The basement level features apartment storage units and a laundry room, as well as a space (81 m²) that is leased. The current tenant is a design collective.

For other types of waste, please use the nearby recycling centers, including the one on Frejgatan.
In one half of the basement, which has direct access from gatan, there is space for bicycles and/or strollers. Bicycles can also be parked inside the courtyard, where they are more protected than out on gatan.
Transfer fee
A fee of 1,162.50 SEK will be charged. This must be paid by the buyer before membership is approved.

Vale 19 is located in Vasastan, Stockholm, very close to Vanadislunden and Vanadisbadet, and just over a 5-minute walk from Odenplan, the City Library, Brunnsviken, and Hagaparken.
