The property located at Hagagatan 30 was built in 1925–26 and is part of the large estate block bounded by Hagagatan, Vanadisvägen, Sveavägen, and Frejgatan. The building’s year of construction is 1930.

The basement level features apartment storage units and a laundry room, as well as a space (81 m²) that is leased. The current tenant is a design collective.

The property is connected to cable TV and broadband via ComHem. Fiber optic lines have also been installed in the apartments. Each apartment is responsible for its own subscription.

Legal entities are not accepted.

 Around 1990, the gatanfacing facade was renovated.
In 1993, the courtyard-facing facade and the roof were renovated.
In 1998, new appliances were installed in the laundry room.
In 2000, a mechanical exhaust ventilation system was installed. 

In 2003, all plumbing and drainage pipes in the kitchens and bathrooms were replaced, as were the electrical risers.
In 2004, the windows were renovated.
In 2007, an OVK inspection of the ventilation system was conducted, and balconies were built.
In 2009, basement storage units were built, and the attic was sold.
In 2010, the attic was converted into three apartments.
In 2011, the laundry room was renovated.
In 2012, security doors were installed.
In 2013, the facade facing gatan was repaired.

In 2014, a new door was installed in the basement.

Shared resources included in the monthly fee:

A large green courtyard with access to outdoor furniture, a grill, and bike racks. One basement storage unit per apartment. Four stairwell balconies. A bookable laundry room with two washing machines, one dryer, one drying cabinet, and one mangle. A trash room for regular household waste. For other types of waste, please use the nearby recycling centers, including the one on Frejgatan.

In one half of the basement, which has direct access from gatan, there is space for bicycles and/or strollers. Bicycles can also be parked inside the courtyard, where they are more protected than out on gatan.

Transfer fee

A fee of 1,162.50 SEK will be charged. This must be paid by the buyer before membership is approved.

Pledge fee

Fee of 465 SEK. To be paid by the pledgor.

General

Vale 19 is located in Vasastan, Stockholm, very close to Vanadislunden and Vanadisbadet, and just over a 5-minute walk from Odenplan, the City Library, Brunnsviken, and Hagaparken.

The neighborhood features an ICA supermarket with outdoor seating, a COOP, several preschools and elementary schools, several well-regarded restaurants, and hotels.

Excellent bus and subway connections at Odenplan.
