The Association
Brf Munin 39 (org. 769606-9439) is a genuine association that acquired the property Stockholm Munin 39 in 2004. The association consists of a street-facing building at Vanadisvägen and comprises 31 apartments with tenant-owned rights, one apartment with rental rights, and two premises with rental rights. The land is owned outright.
No fee changes have been decided.

The association has an agreement with Telenor, and a mandatory fee of SEK 130/month is added for broadband and cable TV via ComHem, whose basic package is included.
