All the floors have been replaced with new solid herringbone parquet treated with a hard wax oil containing a slight amount of white pigment. 

The open fireplace was renovated both inside and out. It is now clad in a black marble called Nero Marquina. 

All door handles and cylinder rings on the interior doors have been replaced with uniform handles that are appropriate for the building's year of construction. 

All the blinds were replaced during the renovation. 

ASSOCIATION

The Majtalaren 3 Housing Cooperative is a genuine housing cooperative. The building was designed by architect Thure Bergentz and constructed in 1934. The cooperative acquired the property in 1997. The cooperative owns the land. The propertyis fully insured through Brandkontoret.  

Number of floors: 7. Elevator available.   

Number of apartments: 54 condominium units, 4 rental units 

Common areas: Each unit has an attic storage room. A laundry room is located in the basement, equipped with three washing machines, two dryers, a drying cabinet, and a wringer. Shared balconies adjacent to the stairwell. Bicycle racks at the front of the building and a bicycle storage room in the basement. Restrooms for contractors and visitors to the premises are located in the basement.
 
Parking spaces: The association has 6 parking spaces at the back of the building; a waiting list system is in place, and there is currently a short wait.  

Yard: Shared front yard with bike parking; large lawn with trees in the back. There is a bike storage room.

Management: Financial management provided by Princip Redovisning AB and property management provided by Driftia AB.  

Cable TV/Broadband: The basic package is distributed via Tele2, and broadband via Telenor (The broadband fee is a mandatory addition to the monthly fee).

1999–2000: The bathroom plumbing was renovated. 
2004: Replacement of electrical risers. Three-phase electricity installed in the property

Joint Ownership: The association accepts shared ownership of the condominium; the minimum ownership share is 10%.  

Legal Entity: Legal entities are not accepted.   

Subletting: The association complies with applicable laws and guidelines, and each application is reviewed individually by the board. Short-term rentals, hotel operations, and Airbnb are not permitted. A fee of 10% of the current price base amount is payable by the tenant upon approval of a sublease.   

At this time, there are no plans to raise the fee or make changes to the association's finances.

Transfer Details: The board charges a transfer fee of 2.5% of the current price base amount, which is paid by the buyer.
