The Association

Brf Storken 12 is a stable housing association with a culturally and historically significant building, constructed in 1892–1893 and designed by architect Erik Otto Ulrich. The addresses are Jungfrugatan 41–43 and Sibyllegatan 50–52 in Östermalm. The association consists of 77 apartments, of which 76 are owner-occupied and 1 is a rental unit. The association also owns 789 square meters of commercial space, divided among 15 units. Legal entities are not accepted. Joint ownership is permitted.

FINANCES:
The association has been debt-free since 2017, and the annual fee has been gradually reduced over the years; however, it will be increased by 20% in 2022 to avoid taking out new loans. It is possible that fees may be raised further in the future, but nothing has been decided at this time (March 2024).

COMMON AREAS:
A guest apartment that sleeps 4 people is available to rent for 250 SEK per day. There is a sauna (currently out of service), a stroller/bike storage room, and a laundry room with newer machines and a drying room. The courtyard has swings, a playground, seating areas, and a grill. All apartments come with an attic storage unit.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Resident parking is in effect in this area. Permits can be applied for through the City of Stockholm.
Near the association are Karlaplan, Djurgården, Stureplan, Tessinparken, and Gärdet’s large green spaces. It is also close to Fältöversten’s wide variety of shops and cafés.
