Brf Borren 39 is a genuine housing cooperative that was registered in 2002 and acquired the property Stockholm Borren 39 in 2003. The land is held as freehold. The cooperative offers 22 condominium units totaling 1,167 square meters. Joint ownership is permitted; legal entities are not accepted. A transfer fee of 2.5% of the current price base amount (currently 1,312.50 SEK) is paid by the seller. A mortgage registration fee is paid by the mortgagor.
The association's common areas consist of a courtyard, a bicycle storage room, and a laundry room.
