The property at Linnégatan 58 was designed by Kjellbergs Arkitektbyrå AB and built in 1929–1930. After completing his studies, Sam Kjellberg began working at Axel Kumlien’s architectural firm, where he remained for several years before deciding to start his own practice in the early 1890s. Around the turn of the last century, he became one of the most prolific architects in downtown Stockholm, designing over 80 buildings, primarily residential structures. The building on Linnégatan features a beautiful entrance hall with ceiling murals in both the stairwell and on every floor.
