Room description

Ground floor

The home features several entrances. The “everyday entrance” is located by the driveway and leads to the basement level. It has a spacious coat closet, stone floors, and hydronic heating. The main entrance is centrally located on the building. Through this entrance, you enter the home’s stairwell, which has limestone floors with hydronic heating, and access the living room, among other rooms. The kitchen entrance is located on the north gable end. This entrance is connected to the main entrance and features the same flooring and color scheme. In the stairwell, there is a guest restroom.

Living Room and Dining Room

The dining room and living room flow seamlessly into one another, and the white-waxed oak parquet flooring creates an elegant atmosphere. The dining room features a charming alcove that provides space for a substantial dining table. In the living room, your gaze is immediately drawn to a cozy fireplace.

The Kitchen

Exclusive gray cabinetry from Lidhults dominates the kitchen, which was updated in 2010. Gray limestone countertops. Siemens appliances. The floor features white-waxed oak parquet with water-based underfloor heating. The same flooring continues into the family room, which is visible from the kitchen. The family room was previously used by the former owners as the master bedroom; adjacent to it is a well-appointed bathroom, completed in 2010, as well as a walk-in closet. The family room opens onto the large south-facing terrace.

Upper Floor

All areas on this floor are accessible from the upstairs entryway, which is large enough to accommodate furniture. White-waxed oak parquet flooring throughout. Of the three rooms, the larger one can easily be divided into two (see the alternative floor plan). The bathroom, which was renovated in 2005, is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.

A staircase in the hallway leads to the attic. Flooring covers virtually the entire area, making it perfect for storage.

Basement

Access to the basement level is through the hallway next to the kitchen. A thorough renovation was carried out in late summer 2000. Plumbing and electrical wiring were redone. All rooms, except for a small storage room, were equipped with underfloor heating. This level features a spacious family room with its own entrance, a bedroom, a toilet, a gym, a steam sauna, and a shower. There is also a laundry room, a boiler room, and a storage room. The space between the bedroom and the laundry room is prepared for a kitchenette.

Plot

The flat, sun-drenched garden lot covers 1,362 square meters. A curb runs along the gravel driveway. The house is framed by curbstones and natural stone. At the front, there are several apple trees and a pear tree, and the lot is surrounded by hedges, which provide greenery and privacy during the warmer months. There is also a fantastic raspberry patch on the lot. At the back of the house is a wooden deck, offering a sunny and wind-protected outdoor space cozily nestled among the greenery.

The current owner has prepared plans for the construction of a pool.
