OUTLINE

On the ground floor, you’re welcomed by a bright entryway with coat hooks, a large window, white beadboard, limestone flooring with hydronic heating, and a guest restroom. A bright bathroom with a shower corner, bathtub, white-tiled walls, and gray tile flooring with underfloor heating, as well as a window overlooking the garden. It features a large mirror, double sinks set in a Carrara marble countertop with a vanity cabinet below. There are two additional bedrooms with white-waxed hardwood floors and wallpapered walls. On the attic level, you’re greeted by a bright living room with a sloped ceiling, skylights, horizontal wood paneling, and painted wood floors. There are two additional spacious bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. The bathroom features a shower, a wall-mounted toilet, a large mirror above the sink with a vanity, tiled walls, and limestone floors with underfloor heating, as well as recessed spotlights.

The basement of the house is equipped with hydronic heating and tile floors. It features a large family room with closets and a storage room. There is also an additional bedroom with a built-in closet, exposed wooden beams, and ceiling spotlights, as well as tile floors with underfloor heating.
