HSB Brf Bävern is a genuine housing cooperative that owns and manages the buildings on the properties Bävern 22 and Räven 18. The two properties are located at Nybrogatan 66–72 and across the street at Nybrogatan 81–87. The buildings were constructed between 1926 and 1928 and designed by architect Sven Wallander. All attic spaces were converted into living space between 2014 and 2016.
The association manages 231 condominiums with a total living area of approximately 11,246 m². They consist mainly of 1- and 2-room apartments with a kitchen (135 one-room apartments and 80 two-room apartments), as well as a few larger apartments (eight three-room apartments, seven four-room apartments, and one six-room apartment). In addition to these apartments, there are 11 rental units on the ground floor. Co-ownership is permitted.

The association is well-managed and debt-free. The commercial spaces are an important source of revenue for the association.
COMMON AREAS
The association’s members share several lush courtyards located on both sides of Nybrogatan.
