The Association

Brf Roslagsbanan 16 is a genuine homeowners’ association that was formed in 1973 and owns the land. The building was designed by architect E. Mattsson and constructed in 1931. The developer was K. B. Lindberg, and the contractor was Thure Enfors. There are 12 apartments and one rental unit (commercial space). Legal entities are not accepted. A mortgage registration fee of 1% of the applicable price base amount is charged to the mortgagor, as well as a transfer fee of 2.5%.

The association requires that residents be registered at the address.

The maintenance fee includes heat and water. Household electricity—the association has a joint contract, and each individual owner is billed separately every six months through the maintenance fee. Fiber internet is available and billed in addition to the maintenance fee at a cost of 552 SEK per quarter. Heating is provided via district heating. There is a storage area for bicycles and strollers, and the apartment includes an attic storage unit. The courtyard features outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities. There are airy balconies with outdoor furniture on every floor.
