The association includes Norr Mälarstrand and 24, as well as Kungsholms hamnplan 1. The land is held as freehold. Legal entities are not accepted; joint ownership is permitted. A transfer fee of 2.5% of the price base amount plus VAT is payable by the buyer. A mortgage registration fee of 1% of the price base amount plus VAT is charged.

There are currently no planned fee changes (confirmed with the board on March 26, 2024).

New automated computer system that regulates the temperature in the “DUC” heating system, which wirelessly alerts Energiekonomi AB, as well as a venting system that, among other things, protects and eliminates the need for manual venting of the apartments’ radiators. 

2020
Fire safety inspection conducted in accordance with current fire safety regulations.
Storage room doors, as well as certain interior walls and interior doors, have been upgraded to meet fire safety standards.
A commercial space has been completely renovated by the tenant.
A new restroom has been built in the basement.
The electrical panel and ventilation system have been upgraded.

2021
Fire safety inspection of all apartments and commercial spaces; 12 apartments and 2 commercial spaces were brought up to code.

2022
Continued work on the fire safety project. Apartments and commercial spaces brought into compliance with fire safety regulations.
Renovation of certain roof areas.


Planned renovations (confirmed with the board on March 26, 2024):
2024 - Work on the association’s fire safety measures is scheduled to be completed.
2024 - The OVK inspection began in 2023, and certain measures resulting from it will be implemented in 2024.
