Lyran 4 Condominium Association

Brf Lyran 4 is a well-managed and stable “genuine” housing cooperative registered in 1996, with the property designation Lyran 4. The property is beautiful and well-preserved, built in 1885, and located on the attractive Styrmansgatan 55, with an adjoining courtyard entrance at 55A.

The association offers 20 condominium units, with a total living area of 1,220 square meters. Legal entities are not accepted as members. Subletting is permitted only with the board’s approval. The association permits shared ownership.

Upon transfer, the buyer will be charged a transfer fee of no more than 2.5% of the applicable price base amount, as well as a pledge fee of 1% of the price base amount.
