At the end of the road, where the sea meets the land, a new and unique residential area is emerging in Dalarö – consisting of villas, semi-detached houses, and apartments – where history, the present, and the surrounding nature have been sources of inspiration.
On the site where the historic Strand Hotel once stood, renowned Imola is now creating a new era on the waterfront. An area of architectural elegance and thoughtful design is taking shape here. The project comprises 29 exclusive homes spread across eleven buildings of various sizes, shapes, and locations. Their volume and scale have been taken from the surrounding environment to blend naturally into the character of Dalarö. Glass verandas and varied facades bring life to the neighborhood and tie in with the local building tradition.
Hotellbryggan consists of a varied palette of homes, sizes, and types with timeless interior styles and high-quality materials. Oak flooring from Timberwise, Dornbracht faucets, appliances from Miele, tiles from Bricmate, and light switches from Berker, to name a few.
Several of the houses will be located on a shared garage level. Each home has a garage space that is accessible by elevator. The larger buildings face the surrounding squares and walking paths, while smaller houses with one or two homes are located further into the area. The tallest building will be located on a hill, roughly where the old hotel stood, as a reference to its historical dominance in the landscape.
As the land slopes towards the water, several of the buildings will have a basement level, with a maximum of four Suites the lake.
Welcome to an extraordinary home in Brf Dalarö Hotellbrygga.
