Fältöversten Housing Cooperative

The Fältöversten Housing Cooperative was founded in 1994 and is one of Sweden’s largest housing cooperatives, located in Östermalm Stockholm. The cooperative has no loans and is therefore debt-free. 

The Fältöversten Housing Cooperative acquired the three-story building at Fältöversten 8 as a spin-off from Fältöversten 7, which was developed by Boultbee in 2008.

The property comprises five apartment buildings, each with 6–7 stories. The property was built in 1973. The residential area totals 38,099 square meters, and the commercial area totals 1,539 square meters.

Brf Fältöversten is a genuine housing cooperative.

Maintenance performed:

The roof membrane was renovated in 2006 by replacing the entire membrane.

All 28 elevators were renovated between 2003 and 2006.

Exterior cladding with an integrated locking tab system, new construction in 2010–2011.

New exhaust fans for 2010/11.

There is a laundry room located on the garage level. Take elevator 31 at the entrance on Valhallavägen 148A to reach the laundry room.

At Fältöversten 8, there is a parking garage where spaces can be rented subject to availability. The garage has 290 spaces. The garage is managed by Q-Park.

Bicycles are stored in bike racks in the courtyard. There are bike racks at every entrance. The association does not currently offer winter storage. Stroller storage rooms are available at several entrances and are shared by all residents of the association.

A guest apartment available for rent to members and tenants is located at Karlaplan 15C. The apartment can be rented for a maximum of 4 days at a time. The rent is currently 500 kronor per day.

Fully integrated appliances from Gaggenau include a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, 90-cm-wide induction cooktop, oven, and a steam oven with a water connection. Kitchen island with electrical outlets and space for up to bar stools. The open-concept layout, which includes the kitchen, features a spacious dining area and living area. 

Three spacious bedrooms in a row, in a peaceful and quiet location facing the courtyard on the rooftop above the Fältöversten shopping center. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a large, practically furnished walk-in closet.

The exclusive family bathroom is fully tiled in light beige limestone on both the walls and floor. Electric floor heating. Built-in bathtub (Villeroy & Boch), separate shower, wall-mounted toilet, and a wide sink on a vanity with storage drawers. All faucets are by Vola. Next to the bathtub, electrical wiring has been installed for a towel warmer. 

This exquisitely renovated apartment features white-stained herringbone oak parquet flooring throughout, and all windows are fitted with custom-made blinds, roller shades, and curtains.
