The house has been featured in a number of magazines, including the Swedish *Arkitektur*, the Spanish *Arquitectura Y Diseño*, the Ukrainian *Objekt*, and websites such as dezeen.com, archdaily.com, and designworld.se. The property was also a finalist in the major architectural competition, the Rödfärgspriset. The house is built on a beautiful and completely secluded natural lot next to a ravine, creating a sense of exclusive living among the treetops. In addition to the 93-square-meter main building and large terraces, there is a guest house with a sauna, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Within walking distance are two swimming spots, a boat slip available through membership in a boat club, and good public transportation via SL buses.

The kitchen was custom-built at a local woodworking shop using American western red cedar, features built-in appliances, and opens onto a small herb garden balcony. The living room features a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings and large windows that create a wonderful treehouse feeling as the tops of the trees sway just a few meters from the living room sofa.
In the other part of the house, there are two smaller bedrooms with an adjoining playroom/study, a bathroom with a shower, and built-in cabinetry. The large master bedroom features a full wall of closets and is filled with lovely natural light streaming through large windows.
A long balcony runs around most of the house, and on the short side outside the living room there is a large covered patio.
The property consists mainly of flat rocky outcrops and sparse pine forest. There is a large patio perfect for wonderful dinner parties in the evening sun, as well as a guest house with a sauna, an outdoor shower, and an in-ground wood-fired hot tub. Parking for two to three cars.
A building permit has been issued for an additional guest house measuring 50 square meters.
