Oak parquet flooring runs throughout the home, while the entryway, laundry room, and guest bathroom feature tile flooring with electric floor heating. The laundry room houses the home’s heating system, which is a Bosch exhaust-air heat pump from 2020. This room also includes a shower, a washer/dryer combo, and storage space.
The upper floor has four bedrooms and a family room, and features oak parquet flooring. The large, beautiful bathroom has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated with tiles, electric floor heating, double sinks, a wall-mounted toilet, a shower with a bench, and gold-colored stainless steel faucets and fixtures.
The pool is a Folkpool with a liner installed in 2021. It measures 8x4 meters and is 1.5 meters deep. It is heated by an energy-efficient air-source heat pump and is cleaned using a sand filter and UV sterilization.
The lakeside cottage/sauna house was built in 2015 and measures about 15 square meters. It’s truly a cozy place to be all year round, with its wood-fired sauna and lovely relaxation room where you can enjoy the view and listen to the waves of the Saltsjön.
The glass-enclosed sunroom was built in 2022 and is a lovely room next to the pool.
The carport has space for two cars, and there is plenty of storage space in the loft above.
