The construction project was carried out by Solidor AB, which has previously renovated the Grand Hôtel on Blaiseholmen, the three-Michelin-star restaurant Frantzén, and the well-known “Ett Hem” in Lärkstaden. Tasteful material choices are evident throughout the entire residence. A custom-built, stylish kitchen in solid oak, a kitchen countertop in Gotland limestone, and appliances from Gaggenau. The entire floor features solid oak flooring from the Danish company Dinesen with wide planks. Full-height doors in solid oak, recessed baseboards and trim, as well as custom-built cabinetry in oak. The bathroom floors, walls, and sink are finished in beautiful Gotland limestone, complemented by sturdy vanities and recessed cabinets in solid oak. All rooms have recessed ceiling lighting.

The third and smallest bedroom was built “floating” above the solid oak floor, and its interior walls can therefore be easily removed to create a larger living area within the open floor plan.

The apartment is located close to numerous restaurants and cafés, SATS and Nordic Wellness, Lidingö Simhall, boating and swimming, and the nature reserve in Kappsta. It is in immediate proximity to convenient transportation options such as the Lidingöbanan, buses, and the ferry to Djurgården/Nybrokajen. The Strandpromenaden Dalénum Housing Cooperative acquired the property in 2015; it was built by JM and consists of three buildings located at Agavägen 31, Optikvägen 5, and Reflektorstigen 2. The cooperative owns the land and is a so-called “genuine cooperative.” The association has 49 apartments held as condominiums, as well as 49 associated garage spaces. Legal entities are not accepted. A transfer fee of 2.5% of the current price base amount and a mortgage registration fee of 1% of the current price base amount are charged to the buyer. The property is heated via district heating and a heat pump-exhaust air system.

Broadband with a speed of 250 Mbit per second and cable TV are available in the building through Telia. There is no shared laundry room. There is a pleasant club room/guest apartment with two rooms that members can rent for 200 SEK per night, or 500 SEK from Friday to Monday.

All residents of the building are guaranteed a garage space with an electric charger per apartment for a fee of 1,100 SEK per month.
