The Association

Brf Bajonetten 5 acquired the property in 1983 and owns the land. The association is a genuine condominium association and offers 17 condominium units. Legal entities are not accepted. Joint ownership, such as a parent owning 90%, is accepted. Subletting may be permitted but must be approved by the board. The monthly fee is paid monthly in advance. The association pays the collective housing cooperative surcharge for its members. The buyer pays the transfer fee, which is 2.5% of the price base amount and 1% of the price base amount per mortgage deed.

FINANCE
Annual fees have been gradually increased: by 20% in January 2023, by 20% in June 2023, by 25% in October 2023, and by 15% in January 2024. No further fee increases are currently planned (as of March 2025).
