- In 2004, the chimney was renovated.
- In 2005, the foundation was drained with new exterior insulation (Pordrän) and new drainage pipes.
- In 2006, the cassette was installed in the fireplace on the upper floor.
- In 2006, a new hole was drilled for geothermal heating, and a new geothermal heat pump was installed.
- In 2006, the shower/toilet on the upper floor was renovated due to moisture damage. This was settled by the insurance company and repaired by a contractor.
- In 2007, a radon measurement was performed with an annual average value of 100 Bq/m3. The limit value for radon is 200 Bq/m3.
- In 2007, electrical wiring and pipes for water-based underfloor heating were installed in the attic. Drawings for the attic interior are available.
- In 2007, the vestibule at the entrance door, the cloakroom, and the guest toilet were renovated—all of which were equipped with water-based underfloor heating.
- In 2009, the kitchen, bedroom, and toilet behind the kitchen were renovated, with water-based underfloor heating installed in these rooms. Carried out by a contractor.
- In 2010, part of the concrete slab was removed in the basement (laundry room, storage room). The ground was excavated, new ground insulation was installed, and new concrete with cast-in water-based underfloor heating was laid.
- In 2012, the garage door was replaced with a single door, and in 2021, the single door was replaced and another single door was installed. Today, it serves as a storage room. The idea was to build it as an apartment, and drawings are available.
- In 2021, the saddle roof was renovated with new roofing felt, battens, rough boarding, sheet metal gutters, and downspouts. The glazed tiles were reused.
- In 2021, all windows were painted on the outside.
- In 2021, the cardboard roof on the underbuilt balcony was replaced.
- In 2021, some of the windows and doors were replaced.
- In 2021, the facade was renovated. The plaster was knocked off, the facade was insulated and re-plastered.
