A transfer fee of 2.5% of the current price base amount (currently 1,312.50 SEK) is payable by the buyer. A mortgage registration fee of 1% of the current price base amount (currently 525 SEK) applies. The apartment includes a basement storage unit.

The association's common areas consist of a courtyard, a bicycle storage room, and a community room that also includes a table tennis room and a sauna with a shower and restroom.

The fee will increase by 5% effective January 1, 2024 (approved by the board on August 13, 2023).
