There are currently no planned fee changes (confirmed with the board on June 2, 2023).

2022 – Replacement of water and sewer pipes in the small courtyard building.
2022 – The walls and ceiling in the courtyard building’s basement storage room were stripped and replastered, and the walls, ceiling, and floor were painted.
2022 - The elevator suspension cables were shortened and adjusted.
2023 - Window painting.
2023 - Facade renovation and roof painting.

The association is currently carrying out extensive renovations on the property, including roof painting, replacement of roof sheeting, all facades, gates/doors to the buildings, etc. The elevators will also be renovated sometime in the next few years.
