There are three stairwells: David Bagares gata 26 A and B, which are accessed from David Bagares gata, and the C building, which has an entrance from the courtyard. There is also an entrance to the courtyard and all three stairwells from Johannesgatan 1.
The association owns the land.

District heating will be installed in 2023. Work has already begun and will be completed in September. Currently, the association uses direct-acting electric heating, which will be replaced with a district heating system. The association will cover the costs, and no fee increase is planned.
Scheduled upcoming maintenance
The association has commissioned a detailed maintenance plan covering the period from 2021 to 2070. In addition to routine maintenance, facade and window renovations are planned for the 2026–2027 period.
