There are three stairwells: David Bagares gata 26 A and B, which are accessed from David Bagares gata, and the C building, which has an entrance from the courtyard. There is also an entrance to the courtyard and all three stairwells from Johannesgatan 1.
The association owns the land.

The association has commissioned a detailed maintenance plan covering the period from 2021 to 2070. In addition to routine maintenance, facade and window renovations are planned for the 2026–2027 period.
