FINANCES
The association is in excellent financial health, has no debt, and holds approximately 4 million in cash reserves. The land is held under a leasehold; the lease agreement is due for renewal in 2025. The maintenance fee was increased by 10% in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Mandatory surcharges of 165 SEK/month for broadband and 49.63 SEK/month for balcony maintenance apply. Total fee: 3,615 SEK.
MEMBERSHIP
Legal entities are not accepted. A transfer fee of 1,207 SEK is charged to the buyer. Any pledge fee is 483 SEK and is charged to the pledgor.
