The house, with approximately 70 square meters of living space, is exceptionally space-efficient and is based on Sommarnöjen’s “Timeless Summer” model, featuring a black tar-painted exterior and a black metal roof, while the interior combines oiled birch plywood with solid pine flooring from DalaFloda. A large southwestern-facing patio with a pergola and abundant vegetation creates a beautiful transition between indoors and outdoors. Over the years, plants such as lilacs, tree peonies, currants, elderberries, gillenia, mock orange, climbing roses, clematis, and more have been planted to further enhance the property. The property is located 400 m from the sea, where there is a child-friendly sandy beach and a pleasant west-facing sauna cabin. The community has several swimming and boat docks with the possibility of a boat slip. All in all, true quality of life on idyllic Lisö.
The Sommarnöjen "Tidlös Sommar" model has a floor area of 78 square meters (main house), approximately 70 square meters of living space plus a loft, and it was completed in January 2018.
The house features a large, bright living room with a stove from the Danish brand Termatech and space for a sofa set. The living room also includes a stylish black kitchen with a composite stone countertop, a large dining area, a built-in desk, and plenty of storage. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and generous built-in storage, as well as a bedroom with space for two single beds. This room also features built-in shelves and drawer storage. There are also extra sleeping spaces in the loft. The fully tiled bathroom is luxuriously spacious, featuring floor and wall tiles from Bricmate. The entryway is pre-wired for a laundry unit. The interior is clad in oiled birch plywood, and the floor features solid pine flooring from DalaFloda. Large south-west facing patio with a pergola and abundant greenery. The patio, stairs, and pergola were built in 2020.
The property includes a shed featuring both an insulated guest room with a family-sized bed and a cold storage room, built in 2020. Plans are well underway to build an Attefall house, for which a building permit was granted in 2022.

The community has several swimming and boat docks, with the option of securing a boat slip. There is a soccer field and a bocce court in the area. A padel court located nearby will open this summer. Every year, the community organizes a Midsummer celebration followed by a golf tournament at Körunda Golf Club. For those interested in hunting, there are hunting clubs in the area. The area is also suitable for cycling, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing in the winter. Additionally, the purchase includes access to the shared sauna by the water. The area is secured by private gates; instructions will be provided upon registration for viewing.
