In 2017, fiber-optic internet was installed in all apartments. In 2015, the dishwashers, dryers, and kitchen exhaust vents were replaced, and an OVK inspection was conducted. In 2014, a water pressure booster pump and a new waste disposal system were installed, and the kitchen plumbing was replaced (in the larger two-bedroom apartments). Water treatment was also installed in the heating system, and the building’s locking system was replaced. In 2012, heating cables were installed in the gutters and downspouts; a new electrical riser was installed in the elevator shaft to the central unit in the attic; a new washing machine was installed; and radiators in the rental space were replaced. In 2011, exhaust fans and other equipment were installed to improve ventilation in the attic. In 2010, repairs were made to the roof and facade. In 2009, additional insulation was installed under the flat section of the roof, and the window frames were painted. In 2007, an inspection and repair of the flues for open fireplaces were carried out, along with repairs to the balcony railing following a leak. In 2005, the brake motor for the elevator was replaced. In 2004, tests were conducted regarding aluminate cement in the basement; the main pipes in all bathrooms and toilets were replaced, and the horizontal basement pipes were also replaced. Electrical work and painting in the basement, as well as roof repairs, were also carried out. In 2002, a security door was installed in the small room, and in 2001, one was installed in the large room. From 1999 to 2000, the facade and balcony floors were renovated, new balcony railings were installed, electrical wiring was replaced, and security doors were installed in the apartments.
