HSB Brf Axet in Stockholm is a genuine housing cooperative that was founded in 1940 and owns the land. The cooperative has 404 apartments, all of which are held under the right of occupancy. The cooperative also has 30 rental units.
A transfer fee of approximately 1,183 SEK is charged and paid by the seller. When taking out a mortgage on the property, a mortgage registration fee of approximately 473 SEK per mortgage is charged. These amounts are calculated as 2.5% and 1%, respectively, of the price base amount for 2020.
OTHER AREAS
The apartment includes a basement storage unit, and the homeowners’ association has 5 well-equipped laundry rooms, one of which is a 24-hour laundry room. Each laundry room has 2–4 washing machines, a dryer, a drying room, and drying cabinets. For social gatherings and parties, the Tejan community hall can be reserved for 100 SEK per day; the sauna and solarium are also available for a fee and are located in the basement at Timotejgatan 3. In the basement at Timotejgatan 4, two guest rooms can be reserved for 100 SEK per room per day. Members can use a hobby workshop and a weaving studio for a fixed fee; these are located in the basement at Eriksdalsgatan 19. A community hall, patio, recycling room, and several bicycle storage rooms are also available.
