The balcony facing the water catches the morning sun; during the day, the sun shines on both the front and back of the house; and in the afternoon and evening, we enjoy pleasant sunshine on the spacious terrace adjacent to the kitchen, overlooking the beautiful natural surroundings. Due to the intense sunlight, the building has been equipped with both sun- and wind-controlled electric awnings as well as interior electric roller shades.

The property is located on a corner at a cul-de-sac and therefore has virtually no car traffic on vägen. The neighborhood consists of a mix of summer homes and permanent residences. The terrain is not steep, but our property is the highest, and the other properties in front of it are lower. Furthermore, the zoning plan allows the buildings in front to be built only as single-story structures. In front of the property, facing the water, there is a small public footpath that quickly takes you down to the swimming area with a dock. This level also features a laundry room with a Siemens washer-dryer combo, which was also installed in 2016. A large storage room is located on the entry level, offering ample storage space.

Welcome to Älgö, a beautiful archipelago island surrounded by the Saltsjön and featuring stunning natural scenery. The area is dotted with swimming spots, boat docks, walking trails, and jogging paths. There is a swimming school, a sailing school, and even tennis courts on the island.
