The association charges the buyer a transfer fee of SEK 1,182.50 and the mortgagor a mortgage registration fee of SEK 473 per mortgage. According to the bylaws, legal entities may be denied membership. There are no decisions regarding fee changes, capital contributions, or the taking out of loans (March 14, 2020).
