The association’s addresses are Grev Turegatan 84 and 86, as well as Valhallavägen 114. The association is taxed as a genuine association and consists of 29 condominium units and 3 commercial spaces. The association owns the land.

Legal entities are not accepted. Joint ownership is accepted.

In total, the association offers 29 condominiums and three rental units. According to the property assessment notice, the building’s total floor area is 3,265 square meters, of which 167 square meters is commercial space.

Cable TV and broadband via Comhem. In 2017, fiber was installed in all apartments, and a 100 Mbit broadband connection is included in the monthly fee. 

The association is in very good financial shape and generates a significant positive cash flow.
