The association was founded and registered on February 6, 1975. Design work began in 1975 at Lettström Architects, with Aare Sachs serving as the lead architect. The building was constructed between 1977 and 1979, with Nya Asfalt AB (now NCC) serving as the general contractor.
The association comprises 135 condominium units, including 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-room apartments, as well as one commercial space. The commercial space houses a preschool (ground floor, Värtavägen 24 28). On the street level, space is leased to a hair salon and two offices. A garage with 104 parking spaces is located in the basement beneath the garden, with an entrance from Banérgatan . The garage can be accessed from all stairwells via basement corridors.
