The association is a so-called “genuine housing association.” Legal entities are not accepted as buyers. The association accepts shared ownership but requires active members. No changes to fees are currently planned. Fees are paid monthly, but invoices are sent out quarterly. A bicycle storage area is located in the courtyard.
