The bathroom features marble-print tiles from Bricmate, and the floors are equipped with underfloor heating for added comfort. The shower and sink faucet are from Tapwell in chrome. The large round mirror above the sink has a copper frame with integrated LED lighting. There are also dimmable spotlights in the ceiling. The washer and dryer/combo machine are from Siemens.
The bedroom features spacious closets fitted with sliding door panels made of black aluminum profiles and mirrored glass. The walk-in closet provides additional ample storage space.
The apartment strikes a good balance between communal and private spaces and is very bright thanks to the many windows and the ability to open up and let the outdoors in from the balcony or French balcony, which features glass railings.
Bredbandsbolaget is a provider of fiber and TV services, which are billed separately. Since the apartment is newly built, there are no actual operating costs. Hot water is billed separately at a flat rate of approximately 1,000 SEK per person per year. Household electricity is billed separately. Heating up to 21 degrees is included in the fee.

Two guest apartments and approximately 40 storage units are available for rent.
Parking: The association has 173 garage spaces (23 of which include storage rooms) and 3 motorcycle spaces. Garage spaces can be rented for approximately 2,250 SEK per month. They are offered on a first-come, first-served basis based on when you purchased your home in the association.
TV: Must-carry TV channels are included (SVT 1, SVT 2, SVT24, the children's channel, and the educational channel).
Internet: A mandatory monthly fee of 165 SEK applies for broadband (fiber via Bredbandsbolaget, 250/100 Mbit).
