There is a laundry room that can be reserved every day between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
The association has a courtyard that borders the neighborhood’s other courtyards and offers a nice view to the south and east. Bicycle parking is available in the courtyard. The courtyard is also equipped with a grill and reservable outdoor seating areas.
Heat, Water, and Electricity
The property is heated by district heating, and heating is included in the fee. Cold and hot water are also included in the fee. Each apartment has its own electricity meter. In 2009, the replacement of the electrical wiring up to and including the fuse boxes was completed.
TV and Broadband
The association uses Comhem as its cable TV provider.
Broadband from Bredbandsbolaget is included in the fee at a speed of 100 Mbit/100 Mbit.
TV channel packages, broadband upgrades, and phone service can also be ordered through Bredbandsbolaget.
Parking
The association has 6 garage spaces in the building’s basement. A waiting list is in effect, and the parking spaces are reserved exclusively for residents of the building.
Fee Increases
No fee increases are planned.
Effective April 2016, fees were reduced by 10%.
Legal entities
Legal entities are not eligible for membership in the association.
Renovations
No major renovations are planned in the near future. The facade is scheduled to be replastered in 3–5 years.
