Renovations carried out:

The roof was renovated in 1999. The facades were renovated in stages between 1999 and 2002. Balconies were added in 2000. In 2001, 48 windows were replaced; otherwise, the windows have been renovated on an ongoing basis. The inner courtyard and backyard were redesigned in 2005. In connection with this, both courtyards were drained, and parts of the basement were renovated.

The north and south facades were renovated in 2005 and 2011, respectively.

The stairwell and entrance were renovated and painted in 1999. The floors were sanded in 2006.

The laundry room was renovated in 2000 and 2001. The plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom was replaced in stages between 2002 and 2005.

The electrical wiring in the building was replaced in 2001. Three-phase power is available.

Parts of the basement were renovated in 2007. 

The elevator in the townhouse underwent extensive repairs in 2007 and 2008.
