BF Östermalm is a traditional housing association that acquired the property in 1880, making it one of Stockholm’s oldest housing associations. A housing association (BF) is the predecessor to the tenant-owned housing association (BRF) model, and all BFs were established before 1930. The association comprises28 condominium units, two commercially owned units with condominium rights, and three rental units located at Grev Turegatan 56, Karlavägen , and Karlavägen . The courtyard features seating areas, recycling facilities, and bike racks. A laundry room is located in the basement. Heating is provided via district heating.
