In addition, there is an overnight apartment just beyond Siloplatsen 8, consisting of a large one-room apartment with a double bed, a large sofa bed, kitchen, and bathroom. It can be booked for up to 3 consecutive days, also with one booking at a time, at a price of SEK 500/day.
The association also has a meeting room that can be booked between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. The cost is SEK 300 per booked session. Thus, SEK 600 for a full day.

For younger children, there is also Alexanderskolan preschool, located in the old Konsum store on Tre Kronors väg.
Services and restaurants
In the heart of the area lies Bageriet, Kvarnholmen's local center, which is gradually developing with a growing range of services. Here you will find a large COOP store, two gyms (STC), a flower shop, a pharmacy, a bakery, a pizzeria, and several restaurants. Just a few minutes away across the Svindersviksbron bridge, you will also find ICA Maxi and Nacka Forum with an even wider range of shops and services.
Nature and leisure
Kvarnholmen offers unique proximity to both greenery and the sea. Here you will find beautiful walking paths with views of Djurgården and Fjäderholmarna, as well as open grassy areas perfect for picnics and play. A planned beach promenade of approximately 2.2 kilometers will run around the entire island and offer several pleasant stops – from outdoor cafes to small piers and fishing spots.
Transportation
Getting to and from Kvarnholmen is easy. The bus ride to Slussen takes about 10 minutes, while the commuter boat takes you to the city center in about 25 minutes – a trip that offers Stockholm's most beautiful views. For those who drive, Danvikstull and Södra Länken can be reached in just a few minutes.
